The mailbox was our mailbox in Merchantville; we set it up at the old place because
the Merchantville mailman would jam our mail through the slot in the door and rip everything to shreds. We were so glad to be getting
away from Joe Landlord (and the crazy mailman) that we took the mailbox with us, even though we knew we wouldn't be able to use it here
in Da Hood. It sat in the garage all winter, and then we thought it might look nice just outside the garage. It gave it a
really nice cottage look. Then I found the iron rails at Lowes, and placed them around the door. Recently, I found the head birdhouses at
JoAnn's Fabric, on clearance. I got two: a man and a woman, and just love the way they look. We planted the giant hibiscus last year, and were really happy to see it come back.
