| The Egyptian Pants It had been nearly a year since I used a sewing pattern, after my enthusastic entrance into the wonderful world of sewing. I needed some summer pants. I thought capri length would be nice. I had a pattern that ALMOST worked; I modified it, sewed up the pants (actually, I sewed several pairs incorrectly, first), and added the shimmery sheer fabric and ribbons along the cuffs. I have absolutely nothing that matches them. I realize the color of the pants are relatively neutral, I meant that nothing matches them in spirit. Any ideas? |
